While there is definite truth to these statements, what you need are action steps to help you solve your problem.
The thing is, you have a lightning-fast metabolism. You have to play the game by different rules! There is some good news, however: you can start putting on muscle right away .. you just have to know what to do.
1. Double up your portion sizes
This one is easy and very practical: eat double the amount of food you're eating right now. You're bound to get more calories in this way.
2. Set your clock
You know you need to be eating every two or three hours ... set your watch! Eat by the timer and you'll be ahead of the game. How many times have you missed a meal simply because you've forgotten to eat?
3. Use big eating equipment
Get a BIG cup, a BIG plate, a BIG spoon, etc. How else are you going to get your big portions?
4. Never stop eating
You should be literally eating all day long ... that's what it's gonna take for you to gain muscle! If it's a priority for you, make it happen.
